My professional career has taken me to Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. My wife and I moved to Pebblecreek in 1996 and have lived here continuously except for a 15 months in Dallas in 2000 and 2001. We have seen Goodyear grow from a population of about 10,000 to the 75,000 that live here today.  I am a life member of the Veterans of Foreign wars. Since I retired I have been able to be active in the Republican Club much to my enjoyment. I truly love politics and have been involved in it since I was about 16. I have also been a Republican and only a Republican all of my life.

Sam McKinstry, Secretary

I am a third-generation Seattleite, who moved to PebbleCreek full time in 2013.  In 1960 I graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.  Returning to Seattle I was involved in a family business until it was sold ten years later.  My interest in travel drew me into the travel industry when I was fortunate enough to buy a downtown Seattle travel agency with an excellent reputation.  The former owner stayed with me as an employee for six years, so I learned the business from an expert.  My wife and I, through the years,  put together our own custom tour groups and escorted these groups all over the world.  In the mid 90’s I sold my business and retired.  I have been involved with leadership in a number of organizations through the years and look forward to now serving in the capacity of Secretary of our Republican Club.  I am passionate about doing what I can to turn things around in this country politically and feel that Republican Party involvement is the best way to do this.
