An organization flourishes when its members take an interest, become involved and are committed to using their talents where they can. It is impossible for a few to do everything. When members share their ideas, knowledge, experience, time and expertise within one or more of these committees — positive things happen benefitting all Club members, visitors, guests, and the PebbleCreek community as a whole.
Below is a brief description of the committees within the Club. Please consider sharing your talents on one or more of them. Once you decide, contact the Committee Chairperson (see Contacts for their email address). They will then contact you as soon as possible.
Membership Committee – Provide support during Club meetings, events and special projects by greeting members, visitors and guests. Help maintain the members’ name badges. Contact members for Club events. Collect monies and forms for new and renewing members. Assist with orientation for new members.
Fund Raising Committee – Suggest new ideas to raise funds to support the Club activities or projects. Assist the Chair with the current fund raising projects at the meetings. Assist with other fund raising events.
Social Committee – Assist in planning the social activities for the purpose of promoting fellowship and goodwill among Club members, visitors, guests, and other residents within the PebbleCreek community. Assist with activities such as selling tickets, decorating, and purchasing supplies that are necessary for the social activity to be successful.
Public Relations Committee – Assist in maintaining or developing communication materials utilized by the Club and other committees in order to announce and advertise the Club’s meetings and special events or projects.
